DarkGlow is an artist team of Electronic Music Information, which also owns booking agency, artist management company and record label. DarkGlow was officially launched on January 1, 2019 by the core personnel of the studio in Electronic Music Information to explore more possibilities beyond the existing new media business.

DarkGlow is committed to cultivating and incubating powerful and potential DJs and producers in China. The original intention of the brand runs anti-mainstream business values of "internet data comes first". Instead, DarkGlow attaches more importance to the artists' practical skills like music production and performance.

So far, DarkGlow has signed a total of three exclusive artists and achieved 360 Deal cooperation, namely XING KONG, Yaakov, KOOOZ. DarkGlow is solely responsible for booking, management and digital record release. As of February 13, 2020, DarkGlow has been touring for its artists and promoting their extensive repertoire many times.

XING KONG: formerly known as DipperX and S-dancer, also known as “星空下的舞者”, he began to produce and release tracks in 2012, and became one of the pioneers in the production and promotion of dubstep in China. XING KONG has been working as a full-time DJ/producer after graduating from the graduate school, and has attracted more than 50,000 followers on NeteaseCloudMusic, Zhihu, BaiduTieba and other platforms.

Yaakov: became a music producer/DJ since 2016. Known as "little mau5" for his early production of traditional progressive house, he took the initiatives to transform himself into a techno artist, especially in the live performances of the major industrial techno, hard techno and dark techno, which repeatedly set records for sold-out tickets. After many achievements, Yaakov was honored to become one of the most popular techno artists on NeteaseCloudMusic.

KOOOZ: formerly known as Glitche, KOZMIC, Rinyoru, is a little-known true power producer who’s been dedicating to real, authentic house music. He is a music-tech geek with an eccentric and slightly withdrawn personality. KOOOZ used EP such as Sync Mode #002 [pt.1] and Sync Mode #001 to redefine the level at which Chinese house music was not experienced. Better than most of his peers in sound design, KOOOZ is able to tap into hundreds of electronic music genres, he is about to rise abruptly based on his accumulated strength.

Since its inception, DarkGlow has tried to work with more clubs, other types of venue owners or event promoters to help Chinese DJs/producers get more shows. Over the course of 2019, DarkGlow has contributed directly or indirectly to more than 50 DJ set shows for its exclusive artists and some DJs/producers who have established non-exclusive booking relationships.

XING KONG is working hard to build up his reputation on the road, from nightclubs and warehouse parties to music festivals and early, less formal, performs at homeparty and DJ studios, those are all highly recognized by both the event promoters and the audiences. Yaakov ventured to become one of the few "dangerous people" who had performed techno set in several commercial nightclubs in China, and caused a sensation in underground clubs. The thoroughly underrated KOOOZ managed to escape the bedroom DJ stage.

During November to December in 2019, XING KONG, Yaakov and KOOOZ attended a total of 11 sites as performers of Electronic Music Information 4TH Anniversary Tour, most of the sites are full house, and with the help of third party channel of size more than thousands of followers achieved higher coverage, and then by performances attached real amounts of new fans.

DarkGlow, on the other hand, also plays a role of record label of XING KONG, Yaakov and KOOOZ’s in 2019, included 20K EP, Butterfly Effect, Wait No More (Remixes), Sync Mode #002 [Pt.1] and other singles, EPs, remix collections or albums, they are all streaming officially released around the world.
