近日，澳睿跑+成長俱樂部第一期親子定向越野跑活動在北京將府公園舉行，孩子們意氣風發，努力完成比賽的身影，成為了這個金秋時節，將府公園內一道美麗的風景線。一些智慧靠你我去探索，有一些樂趣要在奔跑中享受。定向越野，讓孩子們在奔跑中流汗，在探索中辨識，在勝利中歡笑，在思考中回味。
Recently, the first phase of the Readysteadygokids + Growth Club's parent-child cross-country running event was held in Beijing's Jiangfu Park. The children's enthusiasm and efforts to complete the game became a beautiful scenery in the park. Some wisdom depends on you and me to explore, and there is some fun to enjoy in the running. Orienteering, let the children sweat in the running, identify in the exploration, laugh in the victory, and relish in the thinking.
下面不妨跟隨小睿來回顧一下，本次定向越野跑活動的精彩盛況吧~
活動開始前，每組家庭需要從老師那裡領取一張彩色地圖及打卡卡片，在活動中按照地圖中所標誌的任務地點領取任務並完成打卡。
專項老師耐心的為各組家庭講解活動須知以及地圖使用說明。
領到地圖的家庭開始了認真細緻的研究~
上午9:30分，伴隨著孩子們的歡笑聲本次定向越野跑正式拉開了帷幕！
任務領取點已經準備就緒，只等各組家庭前來領取！
每一個任務領取點都有老師等候，以便為各組家庭講解該任務規則與注意事項併為孩子們打卡~
讓我們來看看本次活動中各組家庭都要面對哪些任務吧~
任務之“親子能量跑”
"Family Energy Run" Mission
跑步是最能增進人與人之間感情的運動，對於平時忙於工作而很少有時間陪伴孩子的家長朋友們來說，與孩子一起跑步是建立親子間溝通橋樑的最好方式。
Running is the sport that best promotes the relationship between people. For parents and parents who are busy with work and have little time to spend with their children, running with children is the best way to build a bridge between parents and children.
想要幹好一件事，最重要的在於堅持，跑步作為所有運動的源點，它既是對於參與者耐力的鍛鍊，同時也是對於意志品質的一種磨礪。在任務進行中，需要家長全程鼓勵孩子完成比賽，而鼓勵不只是在語言引導上，身先士卒，和孩子一起完成比賽，也是對於孩子內心的最大鼓舞。
The essential element to accomplish something is consistency. Running is the source of all sports. It is an endurance exercise for participants. Parents are required to encourage their children in both verbal and practical guidance during the mission. To lead the kids in completing the competition.

任務之“愛護環境”
"Care For The Environment" Mission
綠樹成蔭，枝繁葉茂的美麗風景是大自然賜給我們的最好禮物，但由於人們對於愛護環境意識的匱乏，讓大自然賜予我們的這份珍貴禮物遭到踐踏，這個任務就是要通過孩子的思想與雙手來喚醒前來遊園的人們愛護環境的意識。
The tree-lined, leafy scenery is the best gift that nature has given us, but because of the lack of awareness of environmental protection, this precious gift that nature has given us is trampled. It is through the hands of our children to awaken people's knowledge of the park environment.
通過構建自己心中那副美麗的圖案，提高孩子們的動手能力，以及創造力，讓這些擁有無限潛力的小寶貝們在畫中盡情的抒發對於大自然的熱愛。
By constructing the beautiful patterns in your heart, you can improve your children's hands-on ability and creativity. So our little ones can express their love for nature in the painting with unlimited potential.

任務之“嘎嘎嘎，我和野鴨”
"Hi, Wild Duck and I" Mission
所有的小動物都是和我們一起居住在這美麗地球的夥伴，希望通過完成這個任務來讓孩子們懂得愛護小動物~
All the little animals are friends who live with us on this beautiful earth. We hope that our children will learn to have more care for little animals by accomplishing this mission.
任務之“I Can Do”
"I Can" Mission
人類是群居動物，無論獨生子女多麼的嬌寵，終有一天他們會走出家門與其他人打交道，良好的社交能力成為孩子們未來能否在社會上取得成功的關鍵，而此項任務正是培養孩子們的社交能力，鼓勵孩子們敢於溝通，並在溝通之中學會使用禮貌用語。
Human beings are social beings. No matter how spoiled our parents to their only child, someday they will grow up and leave home. Excellent social skills are the key to future success. Social skills encourage children to communicate and learn to use proper language in a conversation.

任務之“親子體能”
"Parents & Kids Physical Fitness" Mission
現如今，深處都市的80、90後一代家長每天深陷快節奏的生活中，由於工作繁忙，所以，很少有時間做運動，這項任務旨在給家長朋友們創造一個鍛鍊身體的機會，同時，培養孩子們對於家長的信賴感~
Nowadays, the cities are deeply immersed in a fast-paced life and more new parents every day. There is very little time for exercise for most people due to busy working. This mission is also aimed to create a physical exercise opportunity for both parents and kids. At the same time to cultivate trust between children and parents
在為每組家庭打卡的同時，老師們還不忘為完成任務的家庭記錄下這美妙的瞬間~
任務之“我和我的祖國”
"My Country and I" Mission
此任務關卡，各組家庭將來到印有國慶70週年的背景板前完成一張合影，通過此項任務向孩子們灌輸愛國主義思想。
At this level, each group will complete a group photo in front of the 70th National Day Anniversary background board. This mission is to serve the purpose of inspiring children with patriotism.
孩子是祖國的未來，在他們純真的笑容中彷彿寄託著對於偉大祖國的美好祝願~
在打卡點，老師們幫助完成任務的家庭一一打卡並分享他們的喜悅！
經過體力與智力的比拼，所有的家庭都順利完成了所有任務啦！我們的專項老師為每一位智慧小勇士們頒發了榮譽證書和獎牌，這不止是一張證書，而是小朋友們敢於挑戰，茁壯成長的美好見證，他們是最棒的~

我們常常讓孩⼦堅持到底，可不知如何培養。其實在運動遊戲中，不停地挑戰，最後的成功，對孩⼦⽽⾔是最好的⼀種持之以恆的體驗。
